92-95 civic bumper question.

the side grills where the stock fogs match.

some are painted and some are black, which years, did they start painting them, or what year did they stop.

the car is a VX and also has the pass. mirror delete plate. i found a car the other day, and im trying to research tonight the KBB so i can have a rough idea of what they might possibly want.

some of the model, the outer "vents" are painted, the center one of the bumper is black in all the years.
