I know the offsets are not, although the best offset can depend on the wheel width. The USM ITR has 15x6 wheels with +50 offset. The S2000 wheels are 16x6.5 front and 16x7.5 rear for the earlier years ('00-03) and 17x7 and 17x8.5 for the later years ('04-06). Offset is +55 mm front +65 mm rear for all years.
Maybe someone familiar with the S2000 can fill us in on the center bore numbers. The center bore of the USM ITR is 64 mm; on the NSX, it's different front vs rear, and that may be true of the S2000 as well.

thanks guys, hope someone can answer the center bore question. i have a 2000 HX that i am installing a USDM 5-lug on and was wonderin if i could get away with 04'-05 S2000 wheels. thanks again!

Remember that the front wheels and rear wheels are different widths (as noted above). So tires that fit the front wheels probably won't fit on the rear wheels. And when you buy a set of used wheels, it almost always consists of two front wheels, and two rear wheels... (and in addition to not fitting the front tires, two of the wheels might not have the proper center bore, either).
