I have a 92 Hatch that I just purchased, it has a d16Y8 from a 96+ EX. When I purchased it she came with a P06 and no dist. I purchased a 96+ Dist removed the 2 large pins and put them into the correct plug. It all plugs in, I also purchased a P28. It starts up and seems to run fine but when I give it any gas when its sitting it revs to 3500 and hits rev limiter. It also comes up with the code 10, 16, and 41. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, any idea on which one I should go for first?

I looked at the IAC and it appears to be connected to both hoses and the wiring. I personally have never heard of the IAC going out.

I inspected the wiring going to the injectors and they all seem to be connected. If one of them werent working wouldnt it run like crap? It seems to re running a little rough but not like its only on 3 cylinders.

Do you think a wire or wiring could be causing false codes?
