Default 2007 CR-V: 4WD or 2WD?

So I've got everything else down, but can't seem to decide whether I should get 4WD or 2WD.

This vehicle will be my daily. Will be going on road trips, but not planning to into the mountains or offroading. I live in the Northwest, and especially where I live it only snows about once a year, if that. However it rains ALOT.

Which should I get?

go for 4wd

1. it helps a lot in the rain.. compared to non-traction control fwd.
2. if you decide to sell the car later on, the "4wd" will be more attractive.
3. its still a good thing to have just in case it DOES snow a lot... since global warming has completely trashed the entire planets weather patterns.
