Default Wiring Vtec For A H22 In A 1990 Accord???

I have a 1990 Honda Accord with a OBD1 JDM H22 swap. I bought the car with the swap, I noticed when I drove it that the Vtec wasnt engaging at all. So I got underneath the hood and started looking around and I noticed that the top plug on the vtec solnoid was just hanging there which i believe is for opening the solnoid when engaging vtec, and the bottem plug which is a oil pressure switch for vtec was plugged into the wiring harness. So im assuming whoever did the swap didnt bother wiring the vtec, so my main question is how would I wire vtec? Which wires would I run straight to the ECU and which pins would I run them to??? If I got my theory for wiring vtec correctly that is.... Please someone lend me some info. Or since I would actually prefer not to mess with it at all because I have no hands on experience with this kind of wiring at all. If someone who lives in the Maryland Anne Arundel County area who would be willing to do this for me, drop me a PM and we can work something out.

Well I know that on the poa ecu Vtec is A4 and Vtec pressure switch is D6. The black wire in the vtec pressure switch goes to ground. So Im not sure if it is the same for the p13 or whatever ecu you gonna run
