Default exaust question!!! please help

I just bought a New Tanabe Super Hyper Medalion exaust, DC 4-2-1 LS header and im using a OEM 91 HB cat...

When i first put the swap in my other hatchback the header didn't line up with the exuast and i had to have the exaust shortened.....

My question is when I put all this stuff on my car (when my motor gets back from the machine shop) am i going to have to get my exaust shortened? I really dont want to cause it will void the warrenty and the exaust is full catback stainless steel.... please help

It depends.
What engine and mounts are you using?

From what I've heard, usually the hasport kit lines up good. When I had place mounts, mine was actually too short. If it doesn't work out, I would mess with the cat first. Maybe a different one will fit better, or you can lengthen/shorten it if you need too.
