WTB: 99-00 SOHC VTEC D16y8 Longblock

A friends engine blew up.. need a long block. Let me know what you have.. if its close ill come pick it up (im in hungtington beach).

my friend blew up her engine and its a 2000 ex and it needs to pass bar, if need be.. which means same year engine or newer. so if the jdm d15b is a 99-00 ill take it.

ill check on the year .....
but why does he have to bar it?
this motor does pass smog which i use it for a month ago... on a Z6 map too
