94 gsr need opinions
its been a long time since i've been on this board, thought i might try it out again to see if i can get any help, (before anyone jumps my case, i have read every nitrous thread on both here and team integra)
the current car is a 94 integra gsr i will run over the mods list
Engine
obd1 b18c gsr block bored .020 over
.020 p73 pistons on gsr rods, ACL bearings, stock gsr crank
Head
p72 gsr head
SI stainless swirl polished valves, Dual springs, Titanium Retainers
Currently installed cams are stock GSR cams and gears
Skunk2 IM with gsr throttle body
DC JDM 4-1 race header
Injen SRI
Walbro 255lph pump, AEM FPR, Stock fuel rail and injectors
Ignition is OEM with MSD wires and NGK plugs 2 steps colder for nitrous
Nitrous Express Wet kit with current jetting for a 75 shot
AEM EMS
AEM UEGO 02
Drivetrain, b16 trans with full LSD, ACT Xtreme PP/organic street/strip disc and
Streetlite flywheel
Previous dyno numbers of 167whp N/a can't remember tq and 246whp 220wtq on the 75 shot
NOW...i've been wanting to do a 2.1L stroker with a ERL sleeved block with compression around 11.5-12:1 in hopes of having a bulletproof engine and spraying at least a 100hp shot. well funds haven't been there so i cannot go that route.
Right now i have Skunk2 pro series stg 2 cams and pro series adj gears ready to be swapped in(will need larger injectors to put these to use). i'm really disappointed with the all motor production its put out and without knowing of anyone else running a similar setup im un sure of the nitrous numbers as well.
with the stock axles i was to afraid to get after it on the launch last year as i only got to run it one weekend, with a 60' of 2.03 being the best. the car went 13.0@105mph with the setup listed above on 215/50/14 bfg radials.
AFTER reading all of that does anyone have any suggestions on what i can try, swap out, or re-do. I know someone is thinking, with all that money invested, should have done a turbo, and yes i sometimes agree, but i like to be different.
i'm hesitant to drop another grand and put forged internals in a block thats already .020 over w/out sleeves.
misc stuff: i can't remember the Afr's during dyno tuning. i know it was pretty conservative. numbers are from a dynojet dyno. car is full interior, and i would glady answer or listen to anyone willing to help.
