Much better than the show pinks. The only difference really is no gay host. Now if we could just get people to run heads up it would really be racing. "Run what you brung"
i hear ya on the safety, but that looks about how we do it here too. everyone who shows up knows the dangers. i'm not saying that makes it ok, but street racing happens EVERYWHERE period.
that's what Pinks wishes it was.
As far as "taking it to the track," you'd be surprised how much that happens around here actually. Street racing nights at the track are some of the biggest draws with the Real Street Drags at Union Grove drawing 400+ cars (i've heard 600 have been there but i wasn't there for it) and Street Car Chaos at US 41 drawing 200-300 cars and 3000+ spectators (i know for a fact that's the biggest draw all year at US 41).

z28 won by 2 cars. Only reason you can tell is the post race conversation.

I love street racing. Its what got me into the scene. I strictly race at the track now but doesnt mean I dont enjoy to smoke someone from a roll on I-84
I used to street race, and I quit because I saw the reality of what I was doing. People can tell you that you shouldn't street race and tell you how dangerous it is, but they will just be wasting their breath. It makes no difference what you tell a compulsive street racer, because he has it made up in his mind to do it. So talking doesn't work at all, and we all know this. However, there is one thing that I will tell anyone who street races. I suppose that the best way to say it is "If anyone in my family is driving around minding his/her own business with no intentions of doing anything wrong, and is badly hurt or even killed by someone that is street racing, then I swear on my life, that for as long as I live, I will devote every intention of my thought process into finding and killing the mf'ers that did this to my family member(s)."
This isn't a threat, it's a promise. Just make sure you don't make that mistake, because you'll die quickly and painfully. I don't f##k around.
No, I don't need some smarta$$ mf'er to reply to this with some retarded a$$ remark, because i've already said it, and that's how I feel.
That's that!

RSD...just too much cars...and no time to setup a race or race at all..at most you be lucky to get 3 runs in..but there are some pretty fast *** muscle cars..

if you got a big money race you get escorted to the short staging lanes and you race asap.
its a street racing event so the street races get priority.
