Today I recieved my Racing Hart C2 Evo's with Yokohama Parada Spec 2's mounted on them. My problem is for 2 of my tires the groove that goes around the contact patch of the tire is mounted by the outside of the rim like shown in the picture below and for the other 2 the tire is the exact opposite and the groove in the contact patch is mounted by the inner part of my wheel


Is what I described the proper way to mount them or should i have them take the other 2 off and mount them as shown in the pic? Is there a tread pattern on the Parada Spec-2's at all? Sorry it may be hard to understand but it's the best I could do (for now atleast ((tired)))

Well I will try and help you from my Azenis experience(same type of tread design) What is on the sidewall? Does it have anything on it such as outside or any directional arrows? As far as the Azenis go the one long tread groove that goes all the way around is on the inside and I am assumeing it is the same with the Parada's. HTH

 

here is the correct setup---->

azenis - groove is on inside of rim

parada - groove is on outside of rim

There are no directional arrows....I don't think the big groove would go on the inside with the paradas because the pic shows the big groove mounted on the outside I got the pic from TireRack.com. Thanks though

 

Thanks, guess I will have to have 2 of my tires re-mounted and balanced ...oh well, what can ya do . Do you know if there is any tread pattern on the paradas at all?
