Default minimum piston to head clearance in itr

AFAIK, stock piston to head clearance is 0.059". What should be a safe minimum using stock rods with ARPs revving to 9000 max? I'm asking this to know how much should I mill the head to raise CR but staying within safe limits. Endyn recommends 0.045" with stock rods.

Unless you are talking about an 84-85mm block with a stock chamber ITR head, the ITR head doesn't have any quench so the piston would really have be sitting above the deck to even start to have clearance issues.
