DOES ANYONE KNOW KRIS MERCER!?
OK, I am not calling anyone a scammer.
I don't want to make this a huge public issue either. But I have not heard from Kris in about 3 weeks or more, so I am just wondering if anyone knows him, to tell him to give me a call. I am getting a little worried, I understand if he has been busy or w/e, but I need to find out what is going on with my stuff.
He never said that he wasn't going to send my stuff out, he said he was going to, and he would call me with a tracking number and all.
I just need someone that knows him to relay the message to him and have him call me.

UPDATE: Well I talked to his GF last night online at about 2:30AM (florida) she said it was like 11:30AM there (california). I told her the story about everything and to have her relay the message to him. She said he was waking up at about 12:30AM to go to the races and what not. She said she would have him give me a call when he got up. So then I wait and about 4:00AM rolls around here (florida) and no damn phone call. I put my phone on LOUD so I can hear it if anyone calls, and NOTHING. No phone call from him, despite me giving his GF all my information and phone number and such. Well, I guess we will see where it goes from here.
UPDATE 12-28-2006: SOOOO I called Kris today on a different phone than usual, he picked up and apparently thought it was someone else. Anyways, I guess he thinks I got the stuff or something. I told him to file a claim with UPS, and send me my money back, regardless of if he gets the check or not. He was like I'm nbot doin sh*t with UPS, I told him it's not my fault, you sent it out. He said he would find it out at UPS and go from there. He told me to call him on Tuesday, which is 1-3-2007.
IDK what else to say on this update, other than he FINALLY picked up his phone. I am guessing he did, cause he thought it was someone else. At any rate he still picked up. I will see where it goes from here, all I want is my money back at this point, he can keep the stuff. But it has been well over 2 months now and nothing.
