my 94 d16 civic will crank but not start.the fuel pump does not prime,and the check engine light stays on.but if i keep trying it will eventually prime the light will go off and it will start.i have an ingnition signal code also.i have replaced the main relay twice,tested my dist.,plugs,wires,cap and rotor,icm,etc.all check fine.please help me before i go crazy.
