Headlight & windshield wiper problems

Can someone help me out please. For some reason when i turn on my headlights my windshield wipers also turn on. And i cant signal left anymore and also my left headlight is alot dimmer then my right one.

From: I see what you did there.

Your combination switch (wiper/blinker switch) has gone bad. Replace it.
