I am dealing with a 96 accord ex for starters...

I hit a piece of black ice and ran my car into a curb, and am supposed get it looked at but when I went to start my car the next day it wouldn't.

I found it really weird that the gas gauge moved from 1/2 tank to way below the E and this only occured when the car was turning over. Ive tried pumping the gas and checking everything i could think of. Anyone have a simular problem or suggestions?

 

are you leaking gas maybe from a fuel line underneath you should check under the car while the fuel pump is priming
