Default gsr/type r valve-train questions.

Im planning on doing a mild build on my gsr this winter, and i have a few questions before i start buying parts. My friend has brand new type r valve train (springs, retainers, and valves) and i can get a really good deal on them, but will they work with a P72 head? I plan on running skunk2 pro1 or pro2 cams, and was wondering if the type r valve train would hold up to the new cams, or if i would need after market springs and retainers.

Next question which cams should i go with Pro 1's or Pro2's??
I will be running PR3 pistons, stock gsr rods, and stock gsr crank. The head will have a decent port and polish and a good valve job and will most likly be milled a little to raise the compression more. I know the pro2's have to be degreed in which is not a problem, but i dont know if they will be too big for my setup, or if they would work better than the pro 1's. Any help would be great.

Type R valve springs will not be adequate for Pro series cams.
