High idle all the time or just cold? Just how 'high' is the idle? Have you tried to check for vacum leaks, or unplugged the IAC to see if the idle drops?
Is it like it's flooding on start up, or a delay from when you turn the key to when the starter cranks over? any fuel in the press reg vacum line?
Come on throw us a fricken bone here

i am having the same problem with my 01 accord. My odometer drops below 1000 quickly. When i press the gas some times i feel like the brakes are working. i took it to a repair shop and they told me that my IAC valve is the problem and they flushed it and now its having problems again. Please help!!!!!

Got a little slack in the throttle cable?
open the top of the FITV and make sure there isn't air bypassing when the engine is warm.

there is a screw that controls your idle speed
