Help w/ Suspension!
I've got about $700 to spend on my suspension. So far I'm looking at getting the Koni Yellows and the Neuspeed Sport springs. I will also be ordering 16x7 Rotas for my 95 GSR. Some questions:
1. What is the deal w/ the perch setting on the Konis?
2. Could I get the Pro-Kit and set the Yellows on the lowest perch?
3. What is the ideal offset for a 16" rim on a Teggy?
4. What is the ideal tire size for a 16" rim?
5. I'm wondering if some 16" Rotas w/ 205/45/16 and +45 offset would fit?
Thanks!

First I would suggest H&R Sport over Neuspeed Sport. My car seems to ride quite a bit better (and handle better) than my friend's Civic w/ Koni + Neuspeed.
1. the spring perch is separate and sits on a ring which sits on a c-clip around the shock. the shock has slots at different heights that the c-clip can fit into.
2. you could, whether or not that would be an ideal setup I can't tell you... i have my front perches at the stock setting and the rear ones on the lowest setting and my car sits perfectly even.
3. nor sure on offset, i don't have any experience w/ aftermarket wheels on Tegs
4. 205/45-16 would be the best compromise between handling, keeping the speedo and odo somewhat correct, and least prone to rubbing. Some use 215/40 but that is more likely to rub unless you get exactly the right offset, and is somewhat smaller than stock, so the speedo will read faster and more miles will register on the odo than you've actually driven. Just DON'T use 205/40-16
5. sounds like some setups people have used, but again, not sure on the offset.
