Where to get replacement cowl and hardware?

I'm looking at replacing my cowl. I found one on http://www.partstrain.com, but I don't think it comes with the hardware. Where can I get those besides the dealer?

a friend of mine picked up the cowl and all the mounting hardware at a junkyard for $5
