Default Spoon exhaust users

Hey all! Quick question for the spoon exhaust users. Mine came in the mail today. As they no longer come with the test pipe should this system still be %100 bolt on to the stock cat? This might seem like a noob-like question but I just want to make sure I dont run into an issue. Thanks for all the info in advance.

i have the spoon exhaust w/out test pipe. easy install. unbolt tie bar, unbolt stock exhaust, put spoon on (don't forget the gasket), put tie bar back on (tighten to oem specs) and your ready. i recommend the silencer because your ears will be deaf without it.

I have had them on my other hondas and liked them. I have heard that the test pipe can actually mellow out the spoon exhaust a bit, is this true?

Spoon is loud no matter what. Im sure a TP will reduce drone a little, but the main thing is it will free up some descent power and weight.

test pipe will probably add 5-8hp. The stock cat is fairly heavy, I would say maybe 20-30lbs. A test pipe can weigh all of 5lbs.
