here is something i never understood - maybe fusionitr can clarify it, im sure hes knowledgable in all areas.

we all know that the biggest complaint (outside of cost) of the jdm hid's is that the right one is angled different than the left, hence you either blind people, or have the lights slightly off. now, it was my understanding that ALL hids are required to be self leveling, so that they DONT blind people... hence, there shouldnt be a problem..
can anyone clarify?
