when fuel pump primes fuel sprays out fuel rail

when fuel pump primes fuel sprays out fuel rail
so when i turn my ignition and my pump primes fuel sprays out the passanger side of my fuel rail where the hose comes from the fule filter... is there a o-ring that goes in there that i forgot to put in?

theres suspose to be 2 washers one on each side. not just regular washers you can check on http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com
