i thought they were plug n play.. strange
anyways.. i only had 2 of the 3 main plugs in mine.. and all my instruments work..

if ur swapping from a 94-95 to a 96+ cluster yes they are wired different. You can just swap the new gages to the old cluster. Easier than swapping the grid IMO.
