Ex Cluster Manual and auto?? differenecE?

Ok was wondering i have a 98 Dx HatchBack i want a EX or SI cluster someone offered me a EX Cluster AUtomatic will that work with my car?? plug and play? will the automatic
part of the Cluster be in the way or make the cluster act different thanks

they both will work the same, but the automatic cluster has the PNDL21 or whatever, pattern.
