Default 1-2 Syncro Sleeve

Anyone have a solution to the common old problem of dealers only selling the whole Syncro Sleeve kit when you just need the sleeve and hub? Especially when the 1-2 kit seems to be 2x more all the others ($300). I was originally going to get it from Len, but to my luck they are on a national backorder for 2-3 weeks. I haven't driven my ITR in almost two months and I would like to finally drive it before the end of this year. Also upon my research I found out that the GSR, and B16 (strangly being $277 @ Majestic Honda, cheaper then Len) share the same part numbers. The LS variant has a different part number, but thats because the GSR, ITR, and B16s come with a few extra rings and such. I'm not sure if the actual sleeve and hub are the same. Does anyone have an extra sleeve and hub? Or can help in any other way?

The synchro's are all the same. If that's all you need, I would purchase the cheapest set. Or you can contact Gearspeed and get some upgraded ones from then. But if you do that, you would suck and have bad luck for seven years.

majestic was the cheapest I could find online when I was searching for the 3/4 synchros. I tried gearspeed but IIRC they told me they wouldnt just sell me the individual parts. not only that but they were on back order for like 2 months and I would imagine they still are. but you may want to give them a try. If you google "honda parts online" or something like that you will find other places that sell OEM honda parts. some places seemed to have some parts a lot cheaper than others. but unfortunately they werent the parts I was looking for, I just noticed as I was comparing parts at the different sites.

Seems like Majestic Honda still is ~$25 cheaper.

Yep. Gearspeed has some new aftermarket sleeves (just the sleeve) available which they plan on selling soon. He hooked me up, we'll see when it gets here.
