alright heres the problem. i changed my axle a couple weeks ago. the car was shaking during acceleration at 3rd and 4th gear. now it feels like the tranny or axle is slipping when im at full throttle. im not sure what it could be help! i have a 92 civic si witha jdm b16a and i swapped in a 94 gsr axle.

 

your axle wouldnt be slipping if it did.. it would most likely just pop out. also, if it was slipping it would do it at a launch not at WOT when theres no trq. You sure its not you clutch given out?

How did you determine something was slipping. Do you start to slow down? Does you RPMS increase with no increase in speed?

ok when i go full throttle it starts off really really slow and there is this noise from the passenger side (sounds like from the axle cuz i just swapped in a new one) like its slipping or something. i cant explain the noise. its kinda weird. but it could be my clutch too because its kinda going out too. i dont really know. should i just take it to the shop and let them take a look?

 

Sounds like a clutch is going out. The rivets on the plate are grinding the flywheel.
