Default Power gains by Bolt ons

My 2002 CTR had a CAI, DC Manifold and a K100 Hondata ECU when it produced 217 BHP on rolling road. Lately I fitted a J's 70 RR Exhaust to it and replaced my DC header with a spoon 4 in 2. The car gained nothing in speed and when considering the weight reduction from the exhaust, I think it might be producing less BHP. Can anyone who has a similar setup to mine tell me the BHP his car is producing. I am trying to find out if i need to re-map my Ecu or not.

appreciate your help!

Didnt you post this same message yesterday too? Anyhow, you had a stock exhaust before and now you put on the J's 70, and a new header? With those 2 different parts I myself would get my ecu reflashed with a new map.

actually yes, I had no reply on my previous thread so I tried again Thanks for your opinion and that is what I was thinking too. The thing is there is no hondata dealer in the country I live in(Malta) therefore I have to go abroad with the car and the closest country will be Italy which has a dealer. Do you think it is possible to send my ecu to a hondata dealer by post and reflashing it for me without having the car.

yes, you can send your ECU to hondata and they will upgrade it for you and send it back to you. check out their website at http://www.hondata.com

theres no way, even without a flash, that you should lose power with a exhaust, especially J's
