Fixing a dinged up header....
A buddy of mine who races motorcycles told me a bout a method to fix (sort of) a dented header (for bikes at least) and i was wondering if this was a norm for cars.... (my spoon sports header is dented on the bottom and i hate it)
essentially you take a completely rounded ball of steel on a chain that is slightly smaller then the size of the primary of the header. Then you heat the section of the header that is dented and slowly pull the ball through widening the dent back to a circular shape rather then the crushed up version I currently have.

but seriously.... is there something made to do that? and would you have to grease the inside of the header?
