Default anyone tune chrome in tn/ky?

i live in nashville and need a reliable tuner within a few hour drive...nobody has f-ing dyno in this god forsaken city.

i need to chip my ecu and tune it, what all do i need? im needing to do this kinda soon. i just saw this thread and bringing it back from the dead. anyone who can help, please please please send me a pm. i've never had to tune a car and once i get all the stuff together there is a shop that will tune it. im doing this on a 97 civic cx with turbo. its the stock d16y7 motor with p2p ecu. lemme know guys. thanks!
