i'd imagine that with the right offset, you could drop a good 2"

i got 17s now but its to low to do anything but conner lol. so i wanted to raise it on 18s. i went though a puddle and sucked up water and blew a piston rod though the block so im putting a h23 in now so i figured i might as well raise it up

dude keep it like that, it looks perfect...i have 18" with the 205/35 tires and it rides like ****....it look sick, but drives like crap...whenever you hit a hole or bump on the rode no matter what speed you're going, you're gonan be tempted to get out and check because that $hit sounds like the rims are crack or bent....it makes a hard THUMP noise....oh weel, ill try to get piks, im tucking 18's

x2..........i hated that so much i sold mine and put 15s on my car. cars really ride awful with low profile tires...they handle better, but they feel like ****.

and murrelll btw, keep what you got, it looks cool.

personally i wouldnt go larger then a 17" wheel if you plan on using your car for anything practical... like racing That or you should most deffinately have two sets of wheels.

M2B4 is trying to sell his 18"s or trade them from some stockies if anyone is interested.

I personally wouldnt do anything bigger than 16"s.

I have my stock 15"s for winter and 16" Slips for spring/summer.

Slips

Stock

I agree, 16's look great, especially if they're Rotas it seems like, or Mugens of course, if you go with a size like 215/45, that gives you the extra sidewall for bumps, and extra traction for racing, but is still low-pro enough to make your car handle alot better. I have 215/35, it handles like it's on rails, but my off-the-line grip is compromised and I can feel Everything. If you want the low-down on why this is... (sorry for those of you who already know this or just don't like reading all of my bs)

Sidewall flexes when you turn. So the less sidewall, the less your tire flexes through a turn, therefore you get tighter handling. But higher sidewall means better traction off the line, since when the sidewall flexes it bites the road better, assuming you're going in a straight line.
