B16a, Change parts?

I have a 91 crx si and I want to put AEM intake, DC Sports headers and tanabe racing madallion exhaust on it. If I swap the motor later with a b16a will I have to get all new intake, headers and exhaust.

The exhaust and intake will change over but the header will not. You will need to buy a b series header.
