Strange Squeling Noise - Might be a belt? Only during low RMPS and Idle...
I just recently had my car worked on, got a new front motor mount, and my mechanic checked everythign else out and said it looked fine..
but today I noticed a strange squeeling noise from my engine bay, it definetly sounded like a belt or something, not sure though. But I only hear it when I am at a red light, or in park with my car on, usually when under 1k rpms, I have been driving around all morning doing some holiday shopping, and I noticed it 4 times in about 5 hours, and it wasnt EVERY time at red lights and such, maybe 1 out of 10 redlights I would hear it.
Do you guys think its a belt or something else?
My friend suggested it might be a pulley bearing?
