engine harness auto to manual

Default engine harness auto to manual

i got a 88 crx it was an auto dpfi now its manual mpfi but i need a new engine harness will any 88-91 dpfi harness work or does it have to be off an auto? and does it have to be off an 88?

Auto to manual has nothing to do with the engine harness.

ok there is extra plugs on an auto harness though. does it have to be an 88?

When doing the dpfi to mpfi there will be a few extra plugs left over

From what ive seen the 88-91 DPFI harnesses are the same regardless of year. Im not sure if the pins are in the same places in an automatic harness as a manual one...just get the auto one to be sure and take the solenoid lockup wire out.

come on man help me out. i did the mpfi conversion on the stock harness but im getting a code 4 so i redid the 2 wires from ecu to dizzy and still code 4
