Is this bad for my motor?
Alright so im cruisin on the highway at around 75 mph in my 92 integra and im already at around 3500rpm because of my short gears. So basically when im goin 80 im very close to 4k rpm's.
Is this possibly bad for my motor to travel this speed constantly? Fairly soon ill be moving across the country and im wondering if going 80mph at about 4k rpm for 3,000 miles will have a bad effect on my motor?

No. A stock 3rd gen GS-R does 4K rpm at 80mph. I've got 240,000 miles on mine, mostly highway miles at 3500 rpm and higher, and I've never had engine problems of any sort.

once again, no it will not be a problem. If it were a problem, they would not have geared 3rd gen GS-R trannys the way they did from the factory.
Hell ITR's and B16 Si's run probably 4500 rpm at 80mph, and they don't have any problems either.
