Car in question: '99 Civic EX

I have a friend who has the AEM big brake kit upgrade with AEM disc conversion on the back corners. Her pads are majorly worn out and after searching the 'net quite a bit, I am still left wondering if stock-sized pads will fit this set-up?

If not, where would be the best place to source AEM replacement pads?

I'm wondering if front and rear pads made for a stock brake system will fit her aem big brake front and rear disc conversion back, corners?

 

found out that kit utilizes stock-spec brake pads.
