Default Just bought my JDM DC2

After a year of saving i have just bought my 1st JDM DC2 on a 96 plate. The car is mint as they come and totally standard(except for buddy club p1 alloys). Just wanna know a few things i have looked through previuos threads but cant find out any thing
1)Is there any free things to do to gain more BHP- removing AC etc
2) how many BHP is it. i have seen some at 187 and some at 197bhp
3) why doesnt it have a clock its annoying, is it standard on the usdm or uk spec??
4) i have some skunk2 stage 1 cams pro series will they drop straight in with no mods-is it really worth getting the cam pulleys??
Also can you prioritise which engine mods to go for, eg induction kit 1st, then exhaust etc. I have about 200 GBP a month to spend on my baby. Thanks in advance guys, james UK

Is this a UK spec or JDM spec? IIRC the UK ones are B18C6, the JDM one's are B18C. As for the header, search the archives for Great Header Test. That should give you the results of the header shootout at Titan Motorsports. You can also go through the FAQ that has quite a bit of information regarding headers.

if its an import its rated at 197bhp, standard UK is 187bhp as its got an uber restrictive manifold

and it doesnt have a clock as that was a delete option in Japan, picking up one shouldnt be much of a problem at all
