Default Exhaust transition 6">1.75"?? Where to find?

I'm working on a project for school and I have a SCR catalyst with a 6"OD. I was wondering if there were any companys that made any transition pieces or several pieces that could reduce it to 1.75".

I looked on burns stainless website and the largest OD they had was 5".

Worst comes to worst I could always get SS sheets and roll endcones out of it, but I don't have much time between all my other work at school.

Any info would be appreciated

I'd think a sheet and cone cut would be the easiest and best bet.

Thats one very wierd size to size transition.

Burns will make you whatever you want, not sure if 5" is the max though.

Yea I know its not the best size transition. The SCR(selective catalyst reduction) has a urea injection system to reduce NOx emissions on the diesel engine were using. The SCR's tend to be pretty large for diesel applications and it is difficult to find one that is appropriate for the correct engine size 1.3liter, but that is what the company recommended for the data I gave them.

Burns' transitions are expanded, you can't expand from 1.75 to 6", you're going to have to roll one.

I was thinking I would purchase the transitions in one inch increments...however, I think I have come up with another solution based on parts used in the past.

Thanks for the recommendations
