New injectors, basemap...#1 Cylinder not firing
I installed a built D16Y8 into my 92 Civic CX and started it with stock injectors, just to make sure everything was okay and that it ran. When I started it up with stock injectors, it ran fine.
Today installed brand new Saturated RC 440s and got my ECU (P28) back from my tuner with a basemap. The car starts, but is missing on Cylinder 1. I installed new plugs and did that same thing.
It looks like it is not getting any fuel. I haven't installed my Walbro 255 pump yet. It has a stock FPR too.
Do you think the injector is bad or just a bad install? Help me out guys!

not sure if this is it, but just an fyi...
i had troubles with my dsm 450s being "pinched off" when i tightened the fuel rail...this was using a y8 manifold/fuel rail. passenger side injector was loosing flow for some reason. i had to put a few washers under the rail then tighten it up.
you can verify which side is being "pinched" by either removing plug wires or testing the pressure loss of each injector (while in car).
if you do try to loosen up the fuel rail, do it with a cold engine and loosen it up a few turns and check for leaks before starting the car.

Okay...got that firing, now the #4 cylinder is acting up.
The spark plug wire was loose on #4 on the distibutor, and looks like the plug got fouled out due to the lack of spark.
I'll have to get some new plugs and see what happens tomorrow!
