L Brackets for Lip?
I know theres one prelude guy on here that had this done- pics would be appreciated if possible. My WWRS lip has been out of duty since the screws gave out and just jumped off the car causing me to drag it and run it over
. I would like to do it right this time *i didn't do the install on the lip- it was there when i bought the car*. I heard L brackets are pretty good on keeping it on there- i know they are installed from like behind the bumpber or something but im still confused as to how. Also- ive been thinking about tinting the back tail lights, saw it on one prelude, and one new civic- how was this done? Help will be appreciated.

haha, I believe he was being sarcastic there. Read the name of the url again... and I must agree with matt, the tinted tailight thing does not look very good imo.

If done like this, I think it looks pretty nice.
You should try a hardware store like home depot for the L brackets.

it would only look nice on black cars or cars with dark colors....on a white or silver car, it looks ricey...I personally prefer the factory amber tail lights, looks clean and stays you outta trouble with your local police

How do I get the WWRS side skirts to sit up right? Mine have been sagging down since I first bought the car, obviously the previous owner did not know how to install them correctly neither do I. What do you guys use to hold it up?
Oh and dek1mfk,
It won't get you in trouble as long as you have amber tail light bulbs. I still have the factory bulbs in and I haven't got pulled over YET, but my friends always tell me how bright my turn signals are.. haha
I plan on getting amber bulbs soon.

the blackout thing is getting a bit overplayed- some cars can pull it off, but when the same thing pulls up next to you at a light, pretty gay lmao. Ive seen blacked out stangs- trucks- civics- preludes- everyone does it so im starting to shy away from it and yea....bb4ever pwned me with that link lmao

For tinting, i've seen it done two ways. one is to use vinyl, which i dont beleive is too common, my friaend did it just cuz he works at a vinyl shop. the other way is to use tint spray, you can get it at most local hobby shops, its used on rc cars and shyt.
