i have a jdm 90-91 cable b16 tranny and i need to change the axle seal that goes on the intermediate shaft side.

i was wondering if anybody knows if a axle seal from a hydro tranny will work or even if a d series one will work (just because there is only a honda dealership close by and oil does not stay in my tranny)

Pretty sure you need the seal that came with the axles and transmission. So im guessing that would be the same year and next gen integras???

 

does anybody know what the seal costs from honda
and bump for finding out if i can use a hydro tranny seal

Its like $10 from Acura

It is for a 92 GS-R

Im not 100% sure thats the one you need. Someone please chime in if they know for sure.

 

well if anything a 90-91 ls/rs/gs would be the right one, i just want to know if a hydro is the same. but do they usualy carry them in stock or is it one item that for sure they wont have?
