Best Way To Block Off A Hose

hey people whats the best way to block off a coolant hose that goes nowhere.............. i just need to seal it off basically so it wont leak.........

they sell block off plugs at auto zone in different sizes. is it a heater hose?

bolt that is close to the size of the hose and a hose clamp if you're ghetto.
