you need to:
drain the oil and coolant
pull the header
remove the timing belt
remove the dizzy
remove all the cam caps (10mm bolts) and camshafts/gears
remove the headstuds, in proper, alternating, stepped order
theyre not scews...theyre bolts

d series dont need to remove the cam caps
you need to:

i dont got a cherry picker n the **** is jus sittin in my driveway how can i drop it without a cherry picker i was think leavin the car on jack stands n put the jack under neath the tranny jack it up losen all the bolts n tranny n mounts etc etc n let it come down would that work?

why do you need to remove the head? if you want to know that bad why don't you just search the web. im sure there's like 154564161816586489 articles about it.

Download the Helms manual, and read through the relevant pages.
You'll have to disconnect some hoses, unclip some connectors, and loosen the head bolts...
Regarding the bolts, loosen them 1/3 turn at a time, in the following sequence:
3 5 9 7 1
2 6 10 8 4 >timing belt side
This is described on page 6-28 in the factory service manual.
