Default best cams for b16?

I have a stock b16 block and the head has crower valve srpings and retainers with ferrea valves and skunk2 proseries cam gears. I was wondering what would be the best cam choice. this motor is daily driven and i wouldnt like any too too drastic. all opinions are welcome

I agree, ITR is a good combo for what you already have done.

crower 63403 3/4 race. if dialed in to the card, they idle nice, and even at stock comp, mak a huge difference
