integra gsr 99 sleeved block wanted?

i have a 99 integra gsr b18c1 engine no tranny for sale. (setup for turbo)
rs motorsports sleeved block
10.1 low compression je pistons
ls rods shot pinged and checked for straightness
eagle crankshaft
skunk manifold
rc injectors 650cc or 450cc (your choice)
aem cam gears
aem fuel rail
its a clean engine that's only got 40k miles on it and taken off the car last week.

why is there oil all over the valve cover?
