Hondata's ECT and Post Start Enrichment

Hondata's ECT and Post Start Enrichment
I've never really seen much info on the ECT and Post Start Enrichment values for the S200. I have 1000's and my multiplier is .251. I'm a little confused because it says "normally this value should one" when talking about these two multipliers. Does that mean normally with stock 240cc injectors?
If yes, then would there be any ballpark figure to put the ECT and PSE multipliers to with the above info? Or even a better explaination then what's in the RomEditor would be helpful so I can make my own mind up. Thanks guys

normally should be 1, im thinking is just a number they decided to use there. just decrease it, if your post start is too rich, i have 1000s and my ECT number is .22, my POST start enrichment number is .9
