Dec 21 head home

I'm going to have my gear for tuning Neptune, S300, K Pro, Crome, Uber, TE and PowerFC with me. I'd love to pick up a couple of cars to tune along the way if there is interest. If not, I'll just be enjoyin my trip.

3 of my best friends from Cinci moved to Boston. I wanna spend some time with them before my baby is born and travel becomes more difficult.

A friend from PGMFI and I are doing a deal on a del sol in Boston. I wanna have some time to hang out with him too.

Then starts the drive home...

I wanna swing out to New Hampshire and visit Jon @TDC Tuning if possible. It was good to finally put a face to someone I talked to a ton + who has helped me out a ton over the years.

I wanna say hi to Tim, Neil, Karl and Gavin @ LowBudgetRacingNYC just outside NYC. Had way too much fun hanging out in Vegas. I'm looking forward to seeing that bunch of crazy ************* and seeing what they have cooking.

My "little" sister lives in Brooklyn. I definately want to at least park n ride and go say hi to B for a few days. I might end up being her ride home for the holidays so she doesn't have to fly standby again. (wasn't able to get a flight home standby for thansgiving. )

Chris (xenocron) lives in Jersey. I wanna drop in, say hi, check out the area, talk business, try to plan world domination through DIY tuning in 2007, etc.

Basically, I am going up to pick up a car and then doing my best to pick up enough cars to tune that I can pay for gas on the way home while stopping in to say hi to a bunch of friends and family in the northeast.

 

only if my motor wasnt hurt id def be having you get a decent tune on my whip...pretty sure i washed out the rings when i was learning to tune...heh...but it ran well for 2yrs strong...now blowin oil like a ****...and it just got hit...so waitin gon insurance check and to tear down the motor and find the culprit of my oil problems

 

s'all good. I'll be out again. Between family and friends and the area itself, I love the northeast. I was born in NY

maybe you could swing thru my area and help me diagnose wtf is going on with my car since I dont have RTP or logger software set up yet. my car may be in pieces by that time though...sent you a pm

 

blundar, i pm'd you about a tune in baltimore. you might haev thought my car is not tuned yet and i cannot drive it, well it is tuned i just need it re-tuned for more boost and the tune just needs to be cleaned up for daily driving, it completely driveable to whereever i would need to be on the east coast. let me know

Do you do part throttle tuning? i know its super time consuming but i want to run closed loop for the highway and stuff

heh. I don't consider a car done unless it runs well at part throttle with closed loop turned off.

Big tuning day on Monday in Jersey, I'm putting Dave to work on 2-3 cars so far

Weather looks good (63 and partly cloudy) if anyone wants to get something done or looked at...we are trying to shove as much as possible into a single day.

 

one down, lunch break time. Today and tomorrow in Jersey and I'm homeward bound. Feels like I've been gone forever...
