Default is it possable to put a h22 head on a f22 block

i burned out my h22 motor I was on my way back from san fransisco an my water pump went out didnt give me any signs till I started loosin power, I replaced the head gasket resurfaced the head got it running again but the damage was so bad that after about a month piston 1 an 3 started slapping an it was burning and throughin oil.
one other question i got was on my buddies was tellin me to do a frankinstine motor add the h22 head on my f22 block because the f22 block has better sleeves, i have never seen it but heard of it do anyone know how to do that and if it will really work as good as they say. and wat are the pros an cons

There's a link in the Accord FAQ for this... Scroll down to the swap section.
