Default Need Advice: Timing Belt change while engine in bay, H23a1

I've done timing belt change while engine was out of car, but need to do a change while engine is in the bay now. Need advice.

Any tricks of the trade. Obstacles I should watch out for? Tips you've learned?

Should I remove front mount? Rear Mount? Lift engine at angle? Drop engine at angle?

I can't seem to remove lower timing belt cover? remove driver side mount bracket? or only the rubber mount?

I've searched archives with no real advice.

Thanks

Remove the driver side engine mount, have a jack to raise/lower the engine as needed, have some 5mm somethings to stick in the cams to hold them still, have lots of patience and a Helms manual.

when removing the side engine mount, does that include the mount bracket attached to the side of the block too? or just the rubber one?

when jacking the engine up and down, do i also need to remove the front and rear mount. I know i would use a block of wood between the jack and the oil pan, but i'm also paranoid about warping the oil pan seal.

Can i just remove the driver side mount and have the engine rest totally by just the front/rear/tranny mount by itself? would this give me the proper clearance to get what i need done?

Thanks for your input.

You can leave the rest of the mounts in, just support the engine with a jack, that will give you plenty of room

Like hawkze said, get a helms manual, its a great help
