installation on a rear lower strut bar on 97 accord

how do you install the lower rear strut bar on 97 honda accord...

unbolt some shiz, insert strut bar, rebolt some shiz. same old same old.

basically, unbolt the rear lca at the frame, adjust, install, and tighten, simple

Its not really a strut bar per se now is it? Its more of a rear lower tie bar.

Quick question. When installing rear lower tie bars, and/or front upper strut tower bars, does it matter if the car is on jack stands? I've installed both of those a long time ago on my car, but i was curious if any type of 'pre-loading' was neccesary.
