does the 94 ls have vtec wiring in the chassis?

found a deal on a gsr harness. wanted to know if this would eliminate the need for cutting, splicing, and pinning the harness?

It does not have VTEC wiring from the shock tower to the ECU.

yup, even if you get the gsr engine harness you'll still need to add wires from the ecu to the shock tower.
